MANDARIN (ORANGE) CAKE image

2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
2 cans mandarin slices, drained (One 11-ounce can equals 1-1/4 cups mandarin oranges).
3/4 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons Rich
2 tablespoon margarine

Steps:

  • Beat mandarin segments with eggs. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well for about 4 minutes on medium speed. Pour into a lined baking pan for 30 to 35 minutes at 350ยบ F and remove immediately from oven. In a small saucepan, heat brown sugar, Rich and margarine until sugar is dissolved. Pour over warm cake
