Mandarin Orange and Pineapple Cake image

I use milk instead of water and used the juice from the mandarin oranges to make this cake really moist and delicious.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 box(es) yellow cake mix
1 sm. can(s) mandrin oranges w/juice
1 - cool whip (thawed)
1 lg can(s) pinapple (drained) & in chunks

Steps:

  • mix and bake cake to pkg directions, add milk in place of water (same amount), add mandarin oranges w/juice. Cool completely
  • Once cake is cool, fold pinapple into coolwhip and frost cake, store tightly covered for 24 hours, Enjoy.
