I use milk instead of water and used the juice from the mandarin oranges to make this cake really moist and delicious.

Steps:
- mix and bake cake to pkg directions, add milk in place of water (same amount), add mandarin oranges w/juice. Cool completely
- Once cake is cool, fold pinapple into coolwhip and frost cake, store tightly covered for 24 hours, Enjoy.
