Steps:
- Heat a non-stick pan and stir almonds and sugar until almonds begin to brown and become sticky. Stir constantly to avoid burning. Remove immediately and place onto a sheet of aluminum foil or parchment paper to cool, spreading almonds out to ensure they do not form large chunks. When ready to serve salad, mix greens with fruit and almonds. Blend dressing in a blender or whisk for approximately 2 minutes and pour immediately over salad.
