- In a Dutch oven, combine the first six ingredients. Cook and stir over medium heat until heated through, 8-10 minutes., Combine flour and milk until smooth. Stir into pan. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in cheese until melted. Top with parsley.
