Macaroni Salad-Evelyn Athens Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 cup mayonnaise
2 TBS vinegar
1 TBS mustard
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 lb macaaroni (I use full box with above amount of dressing)
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1/2 cup green onion

Steps:

  • Combine first 6 ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill.
