Macaroni and Cheese image

This is an old Velveeta recipe, and I don't know where my mother got it. It is simple and basic and soooo good!! my photos

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/2 stick butter, melted
1/4 c flour
1 c milk
1/2 tsp salt
8 oz velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 lb cooked elbow macaroni

Steps:

  • 1. In a saucepan, melt butter. Slowly add flour to pan, stirring constantly. Add milk, a little at a time.
  • 2. Add salt, and cubed cheese, stirring until smooth.
  • 3. Combine cheese mixture with cooked macaroni, in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake 30 minutes in 375 degree oven PS: My pictures show the recipe is doubled (very easy to do if making for a crowd).
