Steps:
- 1. In a saucepan, melt butter. Slowly add flour to pan, stirring constantly. Add milk, a little at a time.
- 2. Add salt, and cubed cheese, stirring until smooth.
- 3. Combine cheese mixture with cooked macaroni, in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake 30 minutes in 375 degree oven PS: My pictures show the recipe is doubled (very easy to do if making for a crowd).
