Steps:
- 1. Boil macaroni and drain. Butter a 3 qt. casserole and preheat oven to 350 degrees. Warm the milk.
- 2. Melt butter and stir in flour, add seasonings and warm milk, stir until thickened, then stir in cheese and continue stirring until it melts.
- 3. Place the cooked macaroni in casserole, stir in the cheese sauce, and top with bread crumbs, then place small bits of butter on top. Bake uncovered 35 mins. until bubbly and golden brown.
