Bake up a Mac-and-Cheese Loaf to enjoy a classic dish in a whole new way. Panko bread crumbs & crumbled bacon add tons of taste to our Mac-and-Cheese Loaf.

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 pkg. (7-1/4 oz. each) KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
1 egg, beaten
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA, divided

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Cook Macaroni in large saucepan as directed on package; drain. Return macaroni to pan. Add butter, milk and Cheese Sauce Mixes; stir until butter is completely melted and sauce is well blended.
  • Add bread crumbs, bacon, egg and 1 cup shredded cheese; mix lightly.
  • Spoon into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 20 min. or until center is set, topping with remaining shredded cheese after 15 min.
