LUCKY-7 MAC & CHEESE

Lucky-7 Mac & Cheese image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 cup milk
1/2 cup extra sharp Cheddar cheese , cubed
1/2 cup Colby cheese , cubed
1/2 cup pasteurized process cheese spread , cubed
1/2 cup Swiss cheese , cubed
1/2 cup provolone cheese , cubed
1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese , cubed
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 (16-ounce) package elbow macaroni , cooked
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

Add milk and cheeses to a heavy saucepan heat over low to medium heat until melted, stirring often. Mix in macaroni season with salt and pepper. Heat thoroughly.
