LOW SUGAR- LOW FAT BANANA RASPBERRY SMOOTHIE image

What a great way to stay cool and not feel quilty about drinking something thats looks fatten.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 - large sliced ripe banana
1 1/4 cup(s) unsweetened frozen raspberries
5 - envelopes of splenda or 5 teaspoons
1/2 cup(s) low fat milk

Steps:

  • 1. Place banana in freezer for 10 minutes or until slightly firm.
  • 2. Process all ingredients in a blender untl smooth. stop once to scrape down sides. Serve immediately.
