8-9 bananas
8 cups skim milk
1 14.5 oz can pineapple tibits

1 jar marashino cherries
sugar-free chocolate syrup

Steps:

  • 1. Make a single layer of vanilla wafer cookies on the bottom of a punch bowl. 2. Slice 4 bananas, making a fairly even layer of the slices over the cookies. 3. Sprinkle about half of the drained pineapple tidbits over the layer of banana slices. 3. Sprinkle about half of the prepared strawberries over the other fruit. 4. Using an electric mixer, prepare 2 packages of the instant sugar-free pudding per package instructions. Spread the pudding over the layered fruit. 5. Drizzle sugar-free chocolate syrup over the pudding layer. 6. Repeat the layering (steps 1 - 5), beginning with a 2nd layer of cookies. 7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. 8. When ready to serve, pile the entire tub of whipped topping on, distribute at least half the jar of marashino cherries over that, and then drizzle more sugar-free chocolate syrup over the topping and cherries. 9. As you serve, offer to sprinkle peanuts over individual servings for guests who are not allergic to them (opt)
