Low Fat Three Cheese Baked Ziti image

Low Fat but not no taste! This one can be prepared ahead and saved in the fridge for cooking later in the day

Number Of Ingredients 7

15 ounce(s) fat free or low fat cottage cheese
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup(s) low fat parmesan cheese, grated
16 ounce(s) ziti pasta, cooked and drained
1 teaspoon(s) salt
26 ounce(s) low fat spaghetti sauce
1 cup(s) low fat mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 13 x 9" pan with cooking spray; set aside
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, and Parmesan cheese; set aside.
  • In another mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, pasta sauce, and salt.
  • Spoon half of the pasta mixture into prepared pan; evenly top with cheese mixture, then remaining pasta mixture. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
