Low-Fat Potato Salad image

Number Of Ingredients 9

4 cups (2 pounds) cubed peeled cooked potatoes
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup cooked radish
1/4 cup , sliced green onion
3/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • 1. In large bowl, combine potatoes, celery, radishes and onions toss lightly.2. In small bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper blend well. Add to potato mixture mix gently.
