Steps:
- heat oven to 375 degree's. Line a pan with parchment paper,or use cooking spray.
- In a bowl combine the flour,salt,and baking soda,and Set aside.
- In a large bowl mix the sugar,brown sugar together. Add the softened butter and combine well. Stir in the milk and vanilla.
- Add the the egg whites and mix with a electric mixer until smooth. Add the flour mixture a little at a time. Stir well with spoon.
- Add the chocolate chips,and walnuts if desired. Combine well. Drop by Tablespoons on to sheet pan.
- Bake at 375 degree's for 10 minutes,or until lightly browned. Remove to wire rack,and cool. Enjoy
