3 qt. (12 cups) water
1 can (12 oz.) beer
2 Tbsp. seafood seasoning
2 lb. red and white new potatoes, quartered
2 large onions, quartered
8 ears corn on the cob, cut in half
1 pkg. (14 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Smokies Smoked Sausage, cut into thirds
1-1/2 lb. uncooked deveined large shrimp with shells and tails left on
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Bring water, beer and seafood seasoning to boil in 8-qt. Dutch oven on high heat. Add potatoes, onions and corn; bring to boil. Cover; cook on medium heat 10 min. Add sausage; cook 5 min. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in shrimp and parsley; let stand 4 to 5 min or until just until shrimp turn pink. Drain cooking liquid.
  • Spoon contents into individual buckets or large bowl.
