Steps:
- Salt and pepper chicken breasts, wrap bacon around chicken, and use grill pan with a little EVOO and cook chicken on medium-low heat until done (about 20 min total).
- Add mushroom to top of chicken breast and cover with swiss cheese place under broiler about 1-1/2 min or until cheese is bubbly.
- Serve with Salad or green vegetable.
