Low Carb Jello-Cream Mold image

This is fantastic to take to Potluck dinners! It is quick and easy to make. But it does have to chill overnight. At least 8 hours.

Number Of Ingredients 4

2 pkg any flavor sugar free jello (small size)
1 c heavy cream
2 c boiling water
8 oz package of cream cheese. (not low or non fat)

Steps:

  • 1. Dissolve jello in 2 cups of boiling water. Pour into blender with cream cheese and heavy cream. Blend until smooth.
  • 2. Pour into Mold.
  • 3. Refrigerate overnight. Unmold and serve.
