Steps:
- 1. In a large bowl, combine coleslaw and onions.
- 2. In a seperate bowl, whisk Splenda, salt, pepper, celery seed, mayonnaise, whipping cream, vinegar and lemon juice together.
- 3. Pour mix over coleslaw and onions. Stir to mix. Refrigerate at least one hour.
