Steps:
- 1. Boil water. Add spaghetti and cook al dente.
- 2. Brown ground beef, add diced onion and minced garlic. Drain off fat.
- 3. Add kidney beans (do not drain), and tomato puree.
- 4. Add sugar (don't skip this), chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper to taste, and Cuban Seasoning. Simmer for 30 minutes on low.
- 5. Drain cooked spaghetti and stir into chili. Serve hot.
