LORI'S PEACH BLUEBERRY CRISP image

Number Of Ingredients 16

For Crust:
1/2 lb. butter
1/8 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 Tblsp sugar
4 Tblsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
For Filling:
6-7 peaches
pint blueberries
For Topping:
1 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup flour
2 tsp cinnamon
pinch salt
1/2 stick butter

Steps:

  • Crust: Combine dry ingredients in food processor then add butter in small chunks, process. Add wet ingredients. Pat into 9x13 casserole dish with sides. Chill Filling: Peel peaches and cut into 1/8" wiedges. Place on crust and add blueberries in a pattern. Topping: Combine all ingredients in the food processor. Cover fruit with topping. Bake @350 for 1 hour
