Steps:
- Saute onions in a skillet with EVOO until soft and translucent. Add garlic and saute for another minute. Add ground beef and cook until brown. Drain grease from pan if necessary.
- Add seasonings. Taste and adjust as necessary. Mix in tomatoes and corn. Add cooked macaroni and spaghetti sauce; stir well.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes on medium heat. Serve with shredded cheese sprinkled on top.
