Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil the chicken breast until done. Using a fork, tear the chicken away from the breast into small pieces. Add chicken to the gravy and pour into an 8x4x2-1/2 loaf pan. Set aside. Prepare 2 cups stovetop stuffing (follow stuffing direction). Microwave corn or peas for 2-1/2 minutes. Add to the top of gravy mixture. Arrange layer of stovetop stuffing to the top. Place in 350 degree oven for approximately 10-15 minutes until gravy just starts to bubble. Then turn your oven onto broil and brown the stovetop stuffing to a crispy golden brown (about 3 to 4 minutes)
