My daughter is the pickiest eater! So, I have to come up with creative ways to make flavorful meals. She used to hate meatloaf. Then I came up with this recipe and made it for her. She loved it! My family loves it and requests it anytime we have family get togethers. I hope you enjoy!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Saute red and green pepper with celery and onions. Let cool before mixing with other ingredients.
- Mix ground turkey, meatballs (or ground beef)and italian sausage together in bowl.
- Add parmesean cheese.
- Pour milk in a bowl and put bread in to soak. (about 5 minutes or while veggies cooking)

- Once veggies cool add all remaining ingredients to meat mixture in bowl and mix well.
- Spray loaf pans and divide meatloaf mix evenly between the two.
- For the sauce: Mix ketchup, brown sugar and apple cider vinegar together in a bowl and pour on top of meatloaves in pan.
- Bake in oven for about 1 1/2 hours to 1 hour 45 minutes. After 1 hour pour off excess oils and pour more sauce over the top and finish cooking.
- Take out after about 1 1/2 hours to 1 hour 45 minutes and let sit for about 30 minutes. Pour off any remaining oils, slice and serve.
