Steps:
- 1. Make mop sauce: half water/half vinegar, add one chopped onion, juice of one lemon, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and garlic powder to taste. 2. Remove membrane from ribs. Season heavily with your favorite seasoning. 3. 90 minutes directly on the grill (indirect heat, approx. 260-265 degrees), turning & mopping every 20 minutes. 4. Wrap in foil with butter, sugar in the raw and tiger sauce. Cook 1 hour in foil (no need to turn). 5. Cook 30 minutes out of foil. Add your favorite BBQ sauce, if desired.
