Steps:
- 1. Purchase and open your pack of chicken parts (4 to 5 peices or many as you need). Thoroughly wash each chicken part rubbing it under warm water. Aferwards pat dry eack piece all over with paper towels.
- 2. Lay and spread out each piece of chicken on a large cutting board and season all sides. Place in a large ziplock bag with flour, adding piece by piece at a time. Do not add more than 4 pieces at a time. Shake and flour (note: may use flour at your desire of flouring).
- 3. Heat your desired amounts of oil in a large frying pan or deep fryer (whatever you use) for about 10 minutes or as long as it takes to it get hot for deep frying (your judgement call). Put chicken in fryer with metal cooking tongs and cover with a large splatter screen until deep fried to your desire. Take it out and drain it on paper towels on serving dish. Let it cool off a liitle to serve. Eat when it is cooled enough fo you and children if any.....and serve with your side food of choice!!!
