Little Gem Salad with Buttermilk Dressing & Fresh Herbs image

Number Of Ingredients 8

5 heads Bibb or Butter Lettuce, torn into small pieces
2 hearts Romaine, chopped
1 cup Buttermilk Dressing (recipe separate)
1/3 cup Pickled Shallots (recipe separate)
1/4 cup Chopped Chervil, Chives, Dill & Parsley
2 tablespoons Chopped Chervil, Chives, Dill & Parsley
3 tablespoons Toasted Panko Breadcrumbs
1 pinch Kosher Salt & Freshly Ground Pepper

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, toss all the ingredients until the salad is evenly coated in dressing. (Note that total of each herb is 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons.)
