6-7 medium potatoes peeled and washed
1/4 of a medium yellow onion
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste

Steps:

  • grate potatoes and onion on the fine side of your grater.Add well beaten eggs and salt.Mix thoroughly.Cook in hot Crisco medium to medium high heat on stovetop.Serve with sour cream and salt or however you like these simple but excellent pancakes My grandmother made Me fall in love with as a child!Enjoy
