Yield scant quart

Number Of Ingredients 5

Combine in blender
1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (4-6 limes)
1 cup sugar
2 cups milk
zest from 1 lime

Steps:

  • Blend on high until sugar is dissolved. Place in shallow freezer container and put in freezer. When partially frozen return to blender and blend until smooth. Pour back into container and freeze.
