Steps:
- In a large bowl, mix the lime gelatin in boiling water. Add the cold water; stir. Chill until almost set (about 40 minutes). Beat with an electric mixer until foamy. Fold in the Cool Whip. Stir in the cottage cheese; then pineapple. Pour into a 13x9x2-inch pan. Refrigerate several hours. Cut into 12-15 squares.
