Li'l Cheddar Meat Loaves Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 lg egg
3/4 c whole milk
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c quick cooking oats
1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 t salt
1 lb ground beef
2/3 c ketchup
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1 1/2 t prepared mustard

Steps:

  • In lg bowl, whisk egg & milk. Stir in cheese, oats, onion & salt. Crumble beef over mixture & mix well. Shape into 8 loaves (or 1 lg loaf); place in greased 13x9 in. baking dish. In small bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar & mustard; spoon over loaves or loaf. Bake uncovered at 350 for 25-30 min. until no pink remains & thermomter reads 160.
