Light & Fluffy Scrammbled Eggs image

Light & fluffy, a family winner.

Number Of Ingredients 8

5-6 large eggs
1/4 cup(s) half and half
1/2 cup(s) sour cream
1 dash(es) salt
1 dash(es) pepper
1 dash(es) paprika
1 cup(s) cheddar shredded cheese
1 tablespoon(s) butter

Steps:

  • Wisk eggs, half & half, salt, pepper & paprika extremely well. Add sourcream & shredded cheese to mix, wisk in thoroughly.
  • Take nonstick butter flavored spray pan. Add in table spoon of butter to pan melt & add egg mixture.
  • cook on medium heat. Use wisk or fork to stir continuesly until eggs are light & fluffy. Add to bowl & ready to serve.
  • I have also substituted cheddar for mozzarella, asiago or american cheese. Delicious!!!
