1 1/8 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 + teaspoon cloves
3 large eggs
1 1/2 cans (15 oz) Libby's Pure Pumpkin
18 fluid ounces whipping cream
2 8-inch pie shells

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F, then prebake pie shells for 10 minutes. Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in a small bowl. Beat eggs in a large bowl and stir in pumpkin, then gradually add cream. Pour into pie shells and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cook on rack for 2 hours.
