2 cans Chix Broth (29 oz)
1/4 Cup Lentils
2 Bay Leaves
3 Garlic cloves, minced
1 Tb Onion, minced
1.5 Tsp ground Cumin
1/4 Cup Couscous
1 Tb fresh Lemon Juice

Steps:

  • Simmer everything but lentils and lemon for ~ 1 hour, until lentils are tender. Add couscous and lemon juice, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
