Lemony Saute Asparagus image

1 1/2 pounds Asparagus
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons Lemon zest, finely grated
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Steps:

  • Trim woody ends from asparagus and cut spears into 1/inch bits.
  • In a large skillet, sauté asparagus in olive oil over medium heat until tender.
  • Stir in lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Cook 1 minute.
