Lemony Chef's Salad image

Try this meaty version of your favorite molded gelatin salad.

3/4 cup boiling water
1 pkg. (0.3 oz.) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
ice cubes
1/2 cup cold water
2 Tbsp. HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
3/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup finely shredded lettuce
1 KRAFT Slim Cut Swiss Cheese Slice, cut into thin strips
1 green onion, sliced

Steps:

  • Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough ice cubes to cold water to measure 1-1/4 cups; stir in vinegar. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour or until thickened.
  • Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
