Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients. Drop by teaspoonful and roll in confectioners sugar, completely covering cookie dough balls with the powdered sugar. Place on cookie sheet with 1 1/2 inches between and bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes.
