Lemon Sheet Cake image

Very easy and makes a lot!

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 package(s) lemon cake mix (dry)
4 - eggs
1 can(s) lemon pie filling
1 package(s) 8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup(s) butter, softened
2 cup(s) powdered sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract

Steps:

  • In mixing bowl, beat the cake mix and eggs, fold in lemon pie filling; mix until well blended. Pour into greased jelly roll pan and bake at 350 degrees for 18 - 20 minutes. Cool
  • Frosting: Beat the cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until well blended; add vanilla. Spread on cooled cake. Delicious!
