Im back on my low carb diet and I always loved this recipe, I took it to a new level by making my asparagus with lemon pepper. Great for breakfast, brunch, even dinner.

Steps:
- 1. Snap and discard woody part of asparagus. In bowl drizzel olive oil and lemon pepper over toss and massage to coat evenly. Grill on indoor or out door grill for 5-6min turning once.
- 2. Meanwhile heat butter in pan till foaminy crack eggs, turn to low s&p and cover and cook for 3-4 min. Divide asparagus on plates, lay 2 cooked eggs over top and sprinkle with parmasan cheese.
- 3. The egg make a wonderful sauce for your asparagus!
