LEMON OREGANO DRESSING image

Yield 2/3 cup

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/3 C fresh lemon juice
1 Tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 small garlic clove pressed
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
1/3 C extra virgin olive oil.

Steps:

  • With Wire whisk, combine all ingredients except olive oil. Continue to whisk while streaming olive oil in until well emulsified. Cover and refrigerate up to overnight.
