Lemon Krispie Cookies (from cake mix) Recipe - (4/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 8

Glaze:
1 box lemon cake mix (with pudding)
1 cup Rice Krispies
1/2 c. melted butter
1 large egg
1/2 about 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 about 1 tsp. lemon juice
Whisk together with small whisk ...adding sugar or juice until correct drizzle consistency

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients well. Form dough into 1" balls and put 2" apart on UNgreased cookie sheet. Bake a 350 for 9 min, or until edges are slightly golden. Cool on pan 1 min, then remove to wire racks. Drizzle glaze over cookies
