Lemon Jello Salad image

My mother in law Millie makes this easy but wonderful salad for our family picnics and Get togethers. People always ask for the recipe.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 - reg. size lemon jello
1 - reg. size instant lemon pudding
1 can(s) 8 oz. crushed pineapple lightly drained
2 cup(s) frozen whipped topping, thawed, coolwhip
1 cup(s) marshmallows, mini

Steps:

  • The night before prepare lemon jello as directed on box put in fridg., the next morning take jello out and I take a knife and cut it up in to cubes. Put the Dry pudding mix in a seperate bowl add coolwhip and pineapple mix well, then add marshmallows mix together. Now add to jello and mix together put back in fridg. and chill well.
