Lemon Jello Cake Recipe - (4.6/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 9

Cake --
1 package lemon cake mix
1 package lemon jello
4 medium Eggs
3/4 cup Water
3/4 cup Vegetable oil
Glaze --
1/2 cup Lemon juice
2 cups confectioners sugar

Steps:

  • Cake: Combine cake mix, jello, water and oil and beat for three minutes. Add eggs and beat for three more minutes. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Glaze: Mix lemon juice and sugar. Pour over cake after poking holes all over the top of the cake with a fork. Put glaze on while cake is still warm.
