LEMON-HERB VINAIGRETTE image

Yield 3/4 cup

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 T tarragon or white wine vinegar
1 t lemon zest
1 T lemon juice
2 T fresh grated ginger
4-6 T combined chopped fresh herbs (such as cilantro, dill, or chives)
1/4 c canola, safflower, or grapeseed oil
1/4 c olive oil
2 t sugar
Sea salt, to taste
Freshly ground pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Add oils, and whisk until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients, and chill until ready to use.
