Lemon Glaze for French Doughnuts image

Use this glaze on our French Doughnuts.

Yield Makes 1 1/2 cups

Number Of Ingredients 3

2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (1 lemon)

Steps:

  • Combine all the ingredients in a heatproof bowl. Set over a pan of simmering water, and heat until just warm. Use while still warm.
