Steps:
- Brush grill rack with oil, heat coals for direct heat. In shallow glass or okastic dish mix lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper and garlic. Add fish turn several times to coat. Cover dish or bag and refrigerate 10 mins. Remove fish from marinade, reserving marinade. Cover and grill fish over med heat 10-15 mins turning once and brushing with remaining marinade, until fish flakes easily. Discard any remaining marinade. Sprinkle fish with parsley and lemon peel Serve.
