1 box lemon cake mix
1 egg--lightly beaten
2 c cool whip--thawed (8 oz)
1/2-1 c powdered sugar

Steps:

  • 1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
  • 2. IN LARGE BOWL, COMBINE CAKE MIX, EGG, COOL WHIP (THE BATTER WILL BE STICKY)
  • 3. FORM DOUGH INTO TABLESPOONS & ROLL IN POWDERED SUGAR BAKE 8-10 MINS UNTIL EDGES ARE GOLDEN ALLOW TO COOL 1 MIN. ON BAKING SHEET THEN REMOVE TO WIRE RACK. COOL COMPLETELY
  • 4. MAKES 24 COOKIES
