LEMON-BUTTER SALMON STEAKS image

Yield 1 steak per person

Number Of Ingredients 6

salmon steaks, cut about 1-1-1/4" thick
stick of butter
1 clove of fresh garlic, minced
1 sprig of fresh dill, minced
1 fresh lemon or lime
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • line a baking pan with aluminum foil and preheat the oven to 350 degrees lay salmon steaks in the foil lined pan slice the stick of butter into quarter-inch thick slabs, cover the steaks sprinkle the dill, salt and pepper, and garlic cut the lemon or lime in half and squeeze the juice over all steaks place an additional piece of foil over the top of the salmon abd bake for about 40-45 minutes. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes, if necessary. Different thickness of the steaks will increase or decrease the cooking time
