Lemon Bundt Cake image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 box(es) (18.25 oz.) lemon cake mix.
1 package(s) (3.4 oz.) instant lemon pudding mix.
3/4 cup(s) vegetable oil
4 - eggs
1 cup(s) lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
2 cup(s) confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoon(s) milk
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) lemon extract

Steps:

  • preheat oven to 325. grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan.
  • in a large bowl, combine cake mix and pudding mix, then stir in oil. beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in lemon-lime soda.
  • pour batter in prepared pan. bake in preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until tooth pick comes out clean. allow to cool. then turn upside down on a wire rack and let cool all the way.
  • in a bowl mix confectioner sugar, milk and lemon extract real good until a little thick, poor over cake evenly and enjoy the goodness.
