Legal Seafoods Crab Cakes image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/3 plus tsp cup mayonaise
1 large egg, beaten slightly
1/2 cup fine crushed saltine cracker
1 dash tabasco
1 dash old bay seasoning, to taste
12 ounces fresh crab meat - lump
1 dash worcestershire sauce to taste

Steps:

  • mix mayo, mustard and hot pepper
  • add tabasco, horseradish, egg, worcestershire, Old Bay and mix. THen stir in crab meat and crackers
  • refrigerate 1 hour or longer
  • preheat oven to 400
