Layered Pudding Dessert image

A delicious dessert, that looks like you worked really hard to put it together, but it's so easy to make.

1 c flour
1 c pecans, chopped
1/2 c butter
1 pkg (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 c powdered sugar
1 (12 ounces) cool whip
1 pkg (3 ounces) instant chocolate pudding
1 pkg (3 ounces) instant vanilla pudding
2 c cold milk

Steps:

  • 1. Mix together in a food processor flour, pecans and butter- the mixture should resemble crumbs. Pat into a 9 X 13 inch baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool completely.
  • 2. Cream together cream cheeses and powdered sugar. Stir in 1 cup Cool Whip and spread over cooled crust.
  • 3. Whip pudding mixes and milk together until thickened, and spread over cheese layer. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top. Chill before serving, at least 2 hours. You can substitute 2 (3 ounces) pkge. instant lemon pudding for a summertime treat.
